Hi there! My name is Enzo Acosta Cunanan, and I’m studying for an DPhil in History at the University of Oxford! I graduated in 2025 with an MPhil in Early Modern History from the University of Cambridge, and in 2024 with a BA in History from the University of Oxford. I’m from Orlando, Florida, and I’ve been fascinated with early modern history since I was six, when I picked up a book on Henry VIII and became enthralled. Outside of my main field, I also have interests in classical/early modern literature, the Old Testament/Hebrew Bible, and ancient history (particularly Egypt and Mesopotamia). I’ve also been on the ITV quiz show University Challenge (in 2022), and the notable American game show Jeopardy! (June 2024 and January 2025).
